~~About the Colors~~
We understand that colors on your computer screen can differ a bit from how they appear in person. So, we advise that you order and view our swatches to ensure your color choices before the dress order. Daisyformals has the most color choices (about 59 most popular colors and 120+ custom colors) in the industry, so you may find the one to match your wedding theme for sure.
~~About the Size~~
We understand how nerve-racking it can be to order dresses online—especially for such an important event! Because of that, we offer personalized style and sizing advice. With extensive backgrounds in fashion, we're well-equipped to discuss the styles that work best for various body types. Our measurement guide offers step-by-step instructions on how to select the perfect size. Once you have decided on a style, we suggest you take your measurements by a professional seamstress and refer to the sizing charts on each dress page.
Most of our dresses are tailored to our size chart after an order is placed. Choose the closest size based on the measurements you took and our size chart. If you are still confused, reach out to our stylists and we can make recommendations to you. Just remember: it is always easier to take a dress in than it is to let out (so go up a size to be on the safe side if you’re really torn). At the same time, if you choose a size without contacting our stylists in advance, please send us your bust, waist, and hip measurements when placing the order, our stylist team will also review each order to make sure that you chose the right size based on your measurements. If we feel you did not make the best choice, we will reach out to you over email and recommend a different size.
Keep in mind that most zipper bridesmaid dresses do require alterations more or less to ensure a perfect fit! If your wedding is very close or you don't wanna be worried about the alteration, please order your dresses with lace-up closure which can accommodate one size bigger or smaller.
Each dress you purchased in DaisyFormals is handled with most care, and only shipped out through professional quality inspection. If however, the dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will get working on resolving the problem right away! On the other hand, you can even return just simply because you change your mind, for returns due to your personal reasons, please make sure it's conducted following the our return procedures below:
(1)-. You have 48 hours from the time your dress is delivered to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return the item. Please email us.
(2)-. Please contact us before you return and we will email you a RA (Return Authorization) form once your return is accepted.
(3)-. The item must be shipped back in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, without smell of ash or perfume) within 2 days after we send out RA and email us the tracking number. Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt.
(4)-. Please ensure we can receive the item within 14 days after we send you RA. Customers are responsible for shipping cost for the return.
(5)-. Once we receive your item, inspection will be taken accordingly to check its condition. We will process your credit within 3 business day after inspection.
(6)-. Items returned due to personal reasons would subject to 30% restocking fee/handling fee, shipping cost and rush order fee are non-refundable.
(7)-. Custom dresses that are ordered in your measurements or with Custom Alterations, clearance sales dresses are not returnable.
As all DaisyFormals dresses are made to order to reduce possible waste and keep the prices low to benefit our customers, we do not offer exchange service for products at this time. If you purchased your dress and would like to exchange for a different size or style, you will need to return the dress for a refund and place a new order for the correct one.
~~About Size Alterations after you receive the dresses~~
Daisyformals offer 2 Times Size Alteration service for all dresses you purchased from us in case you need them to be ONE SIZE bigger or smaller, and it's FREE (Customers only pay for the cost of shipping the dress to us back and forth). The 2 TIMES FREE SIZE ALTERATION warranty will go with each dress you purchased from us.
~~About Group Orders for a same wedding~~
If you're a new customer of DaisyFormals, after you receive the fabric sample and decide the color, we encourage you to order a first dress to test (checking the style effect, fitting...) before ordering more for your wedding, but better within 1 month and a half from the test order to the rest orders, we will do our best to reserve the same batch of fabrics for you or for your girls but cannot keep them for so long. So simply go with the first dress and then place your bulk order on DaisyFormals with confidence.
~~About the Shipping~~
1). -Dress processing time for regular orders: 3~5 weeks in normal season (quality items deserve the wait)
2). -Rush Order Service: 15-21 days to receive your dress, with some extra cost. For rush order service, pls contact me before you placing the order
3). -Shipping Methods: via DHL/UPS/Fedex/USPS(trackable online) to over 200 countries.
For International shipments, as we do do not have any control over Customs fees and Duties, and the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. However, we will help to write with a low value on the express bill for Custom clearance, this may reduce the taxes amount or only very little duty will be charged (not guarantee no duty since they are charged by the Customs). So if you like, we can do this for you.
Please take note that custom tax will be collected by express/courier when it arrived, which it's not shipping cost, all shipping cost has been paid by us already.You can confirm with them about this once having the receipt.
